Ingredients:

2 ounces of Sabajón Apolo Brandy

5 ice cubes

a couple of shakes of nutmeg

a couple of shakes of cinnamon

Preparation:

1. in a cocktail shaker add the Sabajón Apolo Brandy with the ice and shake well. If you do not owe a shaker, you could use a blender.
2. Mix very well until you have a cold and uniform drink.
3. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with the cinnamon and nutmeg.
